The main reason is we can't control our Emotions.
If we make a loss in a trade, then immediately we enter into a new trade to cover the previous trade loss. When we open a new trade Without Technical Analysis then again that trade also closed in loss too.
And when profit is made from the trade in the same way, then immediately we trade at the same time to take more profit. A profit in the next trade turns into a loss.

5. Always contact Customer care if there is any discrepancy Or Dispute.
6. Always keep proof of every transactions You do.
