According to PANews, Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino has stated that there are no current plans to take Tether public. Ardoino believes that going public would hinder the company's ability to act swiftly and disrupt the status quo. He emphasized that a company should consider an initial public offering (IPO) when it needs to raise capital and liquidity. However, Tether has reported a profit of $12 billion over the past two years, indicating that it does not face such financial challenges.
