Hello, I'm new to this world, together with a friend and due to the Worldcoin fever we have had problems...

We have accidentally changed the Wld to USDC.e and sent them to Metamask, with the bad luck that we did not know that they were from a different network, when we wanted to return them to the World wallet it tells us that it does not accept cryptos from another network other than Optimism.

How could I return the Crypto to the wallet?
Or how do I bridge the Worldchain network to the Ethereum one?
