3. High Volume at Peaks? Hold Tight. Low Volume? Time to Get Out.

If you see significant trading volume when the price hits a peak, it could indicate that the rally has more fuel to keep going. This means it’s not the time to sell. But if you notice that the price is high and volume dries up, that’s a warning sign. The lack of momentum means it’s time to exit your position swiftly before the market turns against you.

4. Volume Spikes at the Bottom? Wait for Confirmation.

"HOW DO YOU KNOW WHEN TO ENTER FOR A SHORT TRADE?"
It's not by how you 'know' but by how you 'acknowledge' the sentiments of MOST.
Trends are there since that is what everyone follows. Take for example your shoes, almost everyone may have that same brand. Factors such as demand, disinterest, psychological readings, etc. are part of what makes the structure of a trend. Hence, once you see a token going down, in our mind it will immediately register as a breakdown. Though, this is not always the case.
Bear in mind this simple principle in trading.
Anything that comes down will be met by hungry buyers. Vice versa with anything that comes up, it will be met by hungry sellers.
Take the token #SUPER as an example.
The recent rejection from 0.80 has made a correction towards 0.62 zone where many demands were met. Making the principle correct. However, still don't forget this. Since it has been rejected at 0.80 more sellers will meet the price slightly below the 0.80 zone or slightly above it. This is where the test for breaking out starts. Once the test provides an unconfirmed breakout, it will be now called as a bearish block where many would believe that the price will get rejected once again. Right after, once another demand zone will be in place. Especially for tokens that are in their bottom and those who are holding their supports very well. They will do several attempts at breakout. Until such time the opposite bullish blocks will find liquidities sitting on top of the bearish blocks and do a confirmed breakout.
Stay wise, trade cautiously.

Crypto market moves from narrative to narrative, giving opportunities to make big money to those who are early and less greedy.

Today, I will reveal a new narrative that is currently not obvious to most.

DePIN > RWA > AI > what's next?

Blockchain service was the most funded category by venture capitalists last year.

But it includes a wide range of projects, one of them being wallets.

Why am I so optimistic about wallet tokens?

1. MetaMask's IPO in May-June.

2. Exodus will go public on the NYSE American and tokenize its shares soon.

3. High BTC dominance - altcoin season is inevitable.

4. Long accumulation.

@safe

Safe (previously Gnosis Safe) is a multi-signature wallet that's commonly used by projects, startups, and institutions.

It's built on smart contracts. A transaction can be sent only if the majority of signers approve it (2/3, 3/5, etc.).

Tier1 backers include:

1. 1kx (lead)
2. Coinbase Ventures
3. Digital Currency Group (DCG)
4. Lightspeed Venture
5. Tiger Global

Valuation was not officially disclosed, but it was reported to be worth around $1.25 billion, $1.25 per token.

$SAFE

The chart looks better than 90% of altcoins, the price is approaching key resistance.

Price targets:
• 3.30
• 4.35
• 5.40

Since GSR invested, I suppose they are the MM here, they know how to push the price up.

I calculated the average price of VCs' tokens, considering Core Contributors and Foundation, it's about $0.33 per token.

A $1.25 billion valuation in 2022 doesn't seem credible; there could have been a catch or intentional misleading.

VCs' profit is not large by standards of venture investing and there's not enough liquidity for them.

Safe tokenomics

There won't be huge unlocks soon; instead, it will happen smoothly until 2030.

Users received 37 million tokens (~$75M), but the price did not collapse, perhaps because the market maker accumulated these tokens to send the price significantly higher.

Only then will there be liquidity for VCs and the team to fix profits, which is currently not present.

@TrustWallet

Trust is a non-custodial mobile and extension wallet that was acquired by Binance in 2018.

They recently added Swift Wallet feature, which is a type of smart wallet aimed at increasing mass adoption by eliminating seed phrases and allowing payment of gas fees in any token.

After going through the top 100 wallet addresses, I noticed that early holders haven't been selling for years - from 2020 until now, even after significant price growth.

To back up my statement, here are a few wallets:

SafePal is a mobile, hardware, and estsension wallet backed by Binance Labs and Animoca Brands. It competes closely with other top-tier wallets like Ledger Nano X and Trezor Model T

In 2023, SafePal sold over 10 million units of its hardware wallets globally.

Pre-valuation: $40.00 M

$SFP key metrics

While most alts were bleeding and dropped by 50% or more, SFP has been strong and shows an uptrend, approaching the resistance level on a weekly timeframe. It's been accumulated for about 100 weeks.

Market Cap: $362M | FDV: $392M

How to avoid it? Study the crypto market principals
Here are 5 principles that whales/insiders don't want you to know:
1/➮ DeFi protocols don't need a token
✧ Most projects have the following token model: facilitates governance division or boosts liquidity and supports the development of a 2ndry market
✧ Ideally, this is the case, but in reality, many projects end up creating a token just so the team can profit from it.
So how to avoid such projects?

➮ Here are a few things you should make sure of before buying a project's token:
1. Price increase corresponds with user growth
2. Addresses a market demand
3. Edge over similar protocols
4. Serves a purpose beyond profits for holders
This is what a good project should have
2/➮ Many projects are nothing
✧ In crypto, there are thousands of projects, and obviously, not all of them are truly useful.
✧ Many have a beautiful cover with incredible plans/roadmaps that will never happen.
So, how do you distinguish a facade from a truly good project?

➮ Here are a few things you should ask urself before buying a project's token:
1. Is the team real and who are these people, what experience do they have?
2. Who backed the project?
3. Is their valuation reasonable and what problems does the project solve?
3/➮ VCs make money by investing in private sale rounds
✧ Always keep in mind that VCs make their money by investing early in token seed and private sale rounds.
✧ You might think u're entering at a low price, but VCs entered at price 20x lower
Let me explain 👇

➮ Private and seed rounds are an integral part of any project that helps it get off the ground and start developing its product
✧ What's bad? This can create large selling zones when investors begin to dump their bags & most will become exit liquidity.
So how to avoid this?
➮ Here are a few things you should check before buying a project's token:
1. Unlocking Events
2. Tokens allocations
3. Vesting Schedule
Always monitor the unlock dates before investing
4/➮ Whales do opposite of the market
✧ Everyone has heard "Buy the fear and sell the greed", but few manage to do so
✧ This is what whales do; they build their positions while everyone is selling in panic and fear, and accordingly, they take profits when greed sets in.

➮ Thanks to such a rule, whales manage to accumulate positions during the dip and sell at the ATH.
✧ They simply understand the basic people psychology that governs the market.
Here's the rough pattern:

5/➮ APR is designed to boost liquidity
✧ Let's take the real world as an example, where companies offer various types of promotions at launch to incentivize people to spend money and get accustomed to their products.
✧ Something like: 40% off for the first 100 users, etc.

➮ In crypto, it works similarly:
✧ But instead of discounts, there is the token emissions to boost liquidity of the token at an early stage.
✧ This model generally shows success initially, but the subsequent path of the token often ends with a significant drop.
➮ A good example might be the case with $LUNA, where unclear tokenomics and emission led to over-dilution
✧ Holders should get profits through fees, not emissions
✧ As it turned out, the start of the project was promising, but it all ended in a collapse
How to avoid this?

➮ Here are a few key points, the presence of which would make such a scenario impossible:
1. High fees through emissions
2. Real users + big volumes
3. Strong token
4. The true usefulness of token
This way, you won't be holding a token that is being printed like a dollars
