Vote to Close XCM Channel Between Acala and Parallel Finance

❗️Suggested Action: withdraw Acala assets from Parallel Finance.

In response to the recent Moonbeam network attack and potential exploit involving Parallel Finance, we are proposing to close the bidirectional HRMP channel between Acala and the Parallel Finance parachain (Para ID 2012). This preventative measure will halt XCM communication between the two chains, preventing the transfer of bridged assets during the investigation.

We recommend that users withdraw their Acala assets from Parallel Finance as soon as possible and vote to close the XCM channel until all security concerns are fully addressed
