👉🏼 Binance and the SEC agreed to allow only US employees to access customer funds.
👉🏼 Binance, Binance.US and US securities regulators have agreed to ensure that only Binance.US employees can access customer funds in the short term, according to court documents.
👉🏼 Under the agreement, which still needs to be approved by the federal judge overseeing the case, Binance.US will take steps to ensure that no Binance Holdings officials have access to private keys for various wallets, hardware wallets, or root access to Amazon Web Services Binance.US tools, as shown in the filings.
