Of course, the sentiment is still there; Bitcoin has dropped to 66,000, and the greed index is still 70, so the market generally believes that the bullish expectations are still in place, and the bears are still in the minority, just a bit louder. Bitcoin has formed a “V” shape on the hourly chart, and there is still some space above this position. The top of the upward channel is around 69,200; if it can effectively break through today, it will form a new upward trend line, and the upward channel will stretch. At that time, pay attention to around 70,000, which is currently considered toxic from a fundamental perspective.
If 69,200 cannot be effectively broken, it might signal a reversal, but there is support at 68,550, and it is difficult to drop without a large bearish candle piercing through, so operating in the 68,800 range of about 300 points is not very meaningful. Old Li suggests waiting for now. Although it’s short-term, it’s still best to wait for a trend.
The market is becoming increasingly unpredictable; do not make wild guesses and do not let floating profits get wiped out.
Operational ideas: To prevent double killing, two plans can be executed simultaneously. The first, place a buy order at 69,800, with a sell order at 70,200; the second, place a buy order at 68,150, with a sell order at 67,700. Keep your expectations low, and run on reversals; it’s the safest and makes it easy to profit from both long and short positions!
