Some people are wondering why Bitcoin is rising while altcoins are not. It’s quite common for altcoins to rally when Bitcoin is in a consolidation phase. However, when Bitcoin begins to make significant moves, altcoins either consolidate or experience a slight drop. Once Bitcoin settles again or altcoins have consolidated enough, they tend to make a move. The market is largely driven by algorithms, and this behavior is simply how they are programmed. There’s nothing we can do about it.
