Trading vs Fear
Today, I want to discuss how to manage fear and panic in trading and how you can avoid them.
If you want to reduce your fear in trading or can't handle losses well, it's best to trade in the spot market. Spot trading is generally less risky compared to futures trading, which can be highly risky, especially if you use high leverage. High leverage in futures trading can wipe out your entire capital.
If you still want to trade futures, always use low leverage, such as 5x or 7x.
When trading in the spot market, stay relaxed and don't let fear take over.
