U.S. futures for the S&P 500 were down 0.4% and futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average decreased 0.2%. Changes in the futures do not necessarily predict movements after the opening bell.
In Europe, the Stoxx Europe 600 declined 1% in morning trading. TAG Immobilien climbed 1.4% and Confinimmo rose 1.2%.
On the other hand , ConvaTec Group dropped 5.3%, and ASML Holding slipped 5.3%. The FTSE 100 lost 0.6%. Other stocks in Europe were down as France's CAC 40 decreased 0.7% and the Germany's DAX fell 0.8%
