Binance Customer Service may require your bank statement as supporting evidence if you are appealing a Binance P2P order or to uplift your account. In order to avoid delays, please make sure you submit the correct bank statement and follow the instructions to the letter. It will help to fast-track the process and achieve a faster resolution.

How to export a bank statement:

1. Access your online bank account or Payment App.
2. Go to "Account" or "Transaction history".
3. Set the filter to a three (3) months' period, starting from today and going backwards.
4. Export your bank statement by using a "Download statement" feature or something similar.
5. Download the statement under PDF format.
6. If you can't export the statement from the App, contact your bank's customer care and ask them to email it to you.
Once you have the statement, provide it in the transaction dispute section or in the Binance Chat.

Bank statement submission requirements:

1. Your bank statement must be in PDF format and its size must be under 200 MB.
2. Please provide a digital version of your bank statement only. Any pictures of the bank statement converted to PDF will be rejected.
3. Do not edit or crop your bank statement. Such submissions will be rejected.
4. Please ensure that the file has no password protection or encryption.
5. The bank statement must display three (3) months of transaction history that matches the Binance P2P orders you’ve completed for validation. If you trade on Binance P2P using multiple bank accounts or different fiat currencies, please submit a separate statement for each account.
6. The statement must contain the date, time, currency, account number, and account owner's name.
