According to Foresight News, BlockMedia reported that the operator of the NFT project Age of Zen (Aozen), My Road, was declared bankrupt by the Seoul Bankruptcy Court on the 29th. The court stated that 'the final dividend has been paid after the bankruptcy proceedings,' and 'creditors have approved the formal bankruptcy.'
Previously, Age of Zen (Aozen) had announced a future roadmap that included puzzle games, an NFT marketplace, decentralized finance (DeFi), and staking, with a focus on the metaverse worldview for 2022. However, My Road failed to properly execute the roadmap and lost the trust of Aozen holders due to various issues, including contract problems with outsourcing partners and allegations of plagiarism in NFT illustrations. In February 2023, My Road filed for bankruptcy with the Seoul Bankruptcy Court.
