According to PANews, the total value locked (TVL) in Ethereum Layer 2 networks has reached $36.33 billion, marking a 4.84% decrease over the past seven days, as per data from L2BEAT. The top five Layer 2 networks by TVL are Arbitrum One, Base, OP Mainnet, Mantle, and Blast.

Arbitrum One leads with a TVL of $13.36 billion, experiencing a 2.87% decline over the week. Base follows with $7.53 billion, down by 4.75%. OP Mainnet holds $5.9 billion, showing a 7.68% decrease. Mantle has $1.35 billion, with a 5.84% drop, and Blast rounds out the top five with $1.32 billion, seeing the largest decline of 8.6%.
