According to Odaily, Rio Platforms has announced a settlement agreement with Bitfarm. The key points of the agreement include the resignation of Andrés Finkielsztain from the company's board of directors and the appointment of Amy Freedman to the board, governance and nomination committee, and the board's compensation committee. Freedman will also be a member of any independent 'special committee' formed by the board, provided she remains independent within the scope of the committee's tasks. Additionally, Riot has withdrawn its request to convene a special meeting of the company's shareholders.
