Tether Launches USDT on Aptos Network
Tether has announced the launch of its USDT stablecoin on the Aptos blockchain. This expands access to USDT and supports the growing Aptos ecosystem, providing users with a stable cryptocurrency for transactions on the network.
Previously, company representatives indicated that thanks to the support of the Aptos network, it will be possible to conduct transactions with USDT with very low fees (less than 1 cent).
The Aptos blockchain was chosen by Tether for its excellent speed and scalability. In particular, this spring, 157 million transactions were noted on the network per day.
The Aptos blockchain token (APT) is in the top 30 largest cryptocurrencies with a capitalization of more than $ 4.6 billion.
