A cryptocurrency holder who bought bitcoins more than 14 years ago sold them on Friday for a profit of 169,358,650%, according to data from blockchain tracker Whale Alert.
50 BTC bought in 2010 for $2 turned into $3,387,175.
On the same day, an even larger bitcoin owner who had been dormant for more than twelve years moved 400 BTC worth more than $27 million to the exchange.
