đšTHE JUPITER PROTOCOL ANNOUNCES AN AIRDROP
â Jupiter is a central protocol in the Solana ecosystem. Indeed, it is the leading DEX aggregator on Solana, with a trading volume that almost reached $1 billion in October.
â Now, the protocol is evolving with the launch of its own token JUP. In total, 10 billion JUP tokens will be created. In practice, of these 10 billion, 40%, or 4 billion tokens, JUP will be distributed to the community via 4 rounds of airdrops.
â In this first announcement, pseudonymous founder Meow explains that the first round will aim to reward early adopters of the protocol. As a result, 10% of the supply, or 1 billion JUP, will be distributed during this round. As such, 955,000 addresses are eligible to have interacted with the protocol before November 2.
â Newer users of the protocol, meanwhile, will have to wait for the next rounds of distributions.
đšELIGIBILITY RULES
â To be eligible for this distribution, users had to have interacted with Jupiter before November 2. In addition, multipliers are added to this basic allocation based on several criteria:
â Welcome gift: $200 JUP for everyone, regardless of level.
â OG Bonus: $500 JUP for >$10 volume on Jupiter V1.
â Tier: Portfolios are ranked by final score and divided into 5 tiers. The first 2,000 are at level 1, the next 10,000 at level 2, the next 50,000 at level 3, the next 168,000 at level 4 (cumulative of the first 230,000), and the rest at level 5.
â Recurrence: 1.2x your total volume for non-bots that have traded at least 6 different months.
â 2023 multiplier: 2x your 2023 volume for non-bots who made at least one transaction before 2023.
â DCA & Order Limit: 5x your DCA & Order Limit volume.
