$NOT just had another dip down!

Is this a bad sign and when will it get any better?

Taking a look at the 1min chart it might seem like #Notcion is among the few #altcoins loosing huge ground right now, but I suspect it may only be reaffirming it's bottom.

On the other hand looking at the 15min chart we can't really be bullish unless we see the MA30 change it's downward trajectory upwards, untill then this coin will likely #NOT start its recovery and remain sideways... Unless the news change
