Through a web application, a company can ask Q to analyze, for example, which product features its customers have problems with and possible solutions, or to download a file (Word document, PDF, spreadsheet, etc.) and ask questions about that file.

Q also prompts users to check the actions it is about to perform before they are run to prevent errors.

To reduce the possibility of hallucinations (i.e., cases where Q may be making up facts, a common problem with generative AI systems), users can configure Q to retrieve information only from company documents and not from any underlying models.
