Near has just introduced 2 disruptive features called Chain Signature and Gas Relayer. Chain Signature basically, allows users to use their private keys from their Ethereum wallet to sign transactions on the Near blockchain. In such way is now possible to manage assets and interact with decentralized applications (dApps) on Near Protocol using an Ethereum wallet. This upgrade will affect several chains such as: $SOL , ATOM, DOT, etc.

The second feature, which is in my opinion the most important one, is the Gas Relayer. This means you don't need the gas tokens of other chains anymore when making transactions. Basically you don't need the gas tokens of other chains anymore when making transactions. This feature will attract several new Dapps on Near Blockchain because they will make themself deflationary. In fact, instead of paying gas fee on the native blockchain, users will have 2 options, near or x tokens dApps.

NOTE: The feature is currently operational on Near's test-net and it will be fully complete on early May
