When you should pause your Futures Trading
There are many traders in futures, but there are two types making the call.
Humans and AI.
Humans are composed of both buyer and seller. The AI however supposed interest is to make deals between seller and buyer. However, sometimes in the purpose of not losing if the buyer or seller outnumber each other by a big gap.
The AI in the form of bots proprietary to platform, trades as human's counterpart or opponent. In this way, no matter how large your margin is, you will still lose. Even if you switch from long to short or wait until your margin is liquidated you will still lose.
When you encounter this, you have to pause - this is because, you are paired against AI, either because of lack of traders or too much gap. eg. There are so many buyers than sellers or the other way around. You cannot win. You have to wait or surrender.
