If you didn't got the KYC mail then let me tell you how did i got their mail. you need to follow this steps:
1) I suggest you to download their PI browser from Play store or App store.
2) Go to their Test-net ecosystem and test everything
for example:- Play few games there, go to some store, make transfer of wallet in test system and most important don't forget mining daily.
