They brought in Stamkos and Marchessault who both scored over 40 goals each last year. Huge additions that could bring Nashville back into contention, especially after a middling season where they looked to be treading water.

Losers: Buffalo and Detroit

These two teams badly needed to add to their rosters to take a step forward, and their big additions were Zucker and Kane. Apparently nobody told Adams and Yzerman it's not 2016.
