Why only buy 1%?
Three reasons:
1️⃣ I don't want my operational decisions to influence a target.
If I heavily buy into a project because I’m optimistic about it, it might affect the plans of the whale, the ceiling of the target, and in the future, if I take profits, it will negatively impact the interests of regular holders.
2️⃣ Diversify risk.
If my positions are too concentrated, there will be corresponding risks. For instance, the token I hold, tetsuo, hasn't performed well and has only increased by 50 points.
But that's okay; there are still swarms, ava, kra, which have increased tenfold.
3️⃣ Too little is meaningless; hold as much as you can work with.
If the position is too small, the rise or fall of a target has little effect on the position; if held too much, and unable to contribute accordingly, that negatively impacts the entire target.
For example, in a certain target, some people build up a large position at a low price but do nothing, essentially wasting a good target.
