Happycoin.club - Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas predicts that in 2025, exchange-traded funds based on altcoins such as #XRP , Litecoin (#LTC✅ ), Hedera (#HBAR ), and Solana (#SOL ) could receive approval from the American regulator.

Next year, we expect a whole wave of cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds to launch, although not immediately. The first to appear will likely be exchange-traded funds combining Bitcoin and Ethereum, followed by, probably, Litecoin (as it is a fork of Bitcoin = commodity), then HBAR (as it is not considered a security), and then XRP and Solana, wrote Eric Balchunas.

He also noted that the approval of spot #ETF based on leading altcoins in the USA could significantly impact cryptocurrency prices as funds expand investor access to digital assets.

Inflow of funds into spot Bitcoin ETFs

According to data from the analytical platform SoSoValue, since its launch in January 2024, the net assets of American spot BTC ETFs have already exceeded $36.73 billion. Exchange-traded funds based on Ethereum have attracted $2.46 billion. A similar inflow of funds into altcoin-based ETFs could potentially lead to price increases for LTC, HBAR, XRP, and SOL, according to a Bloomberg analyst.
