Is the bull market in the cryptocurrency space really coming?
We are currently in a bull market, and Bitcoin has reached $100,000.
In the future, Bitcoin will experience a prolonged bull run, and more and more institutions will enter the market to buy Bitcoin. What kind of situations will arise?
The Bitcoin on exchanges will be bought out, and institutions like BlackRock have so much money that if they allocate just 10%, they will have to buy a significant amount of Bitcoin.
Many people are putting Bitcoin into cold wallets, and the supply on exchanges is decreasing, which will drive prices up continuously, similar to gold.
However, this does not mean there will never be a pullback. Pullbacks followed by rallies are necessary to continually acquire chips from retail investors, and the entire historical trend of Bitcoin has been like this.
Regarding altcoins
General increases will become less frequent, and there may be rotations by sector; sectors with fewer buyers will see price increases.
For example, recently everyone has been into memes, leading to significant increases in older altcoins.
There may also be time rotations, where prices rise for six months and then fall for six months.
This aligns best with the interests of exchanges; not long ago, Binance was launching various small coin contracts, which drove a wave of small bull runs.
They will also artificially create some tenfold coins to attract customers.
When customers come in, volatility must be created. If the market is stagnant, exchange fees will significantly drop, which is not in their interest. So, time rotation is also a possibility.
Lastly, regardless of whether people have made money, everyone should start thinking about exiting slowly. Now is the time to prepare for both outcomes.
These days I am preparing for a strategic layout that is about to begin!!!
