After reaching the 90000 mark during the day, it faced resistance and retreated, with a low of 85159! Currently operating around 86100!
From a technical structure perspective, today's two attempts to break through the 90,000 mark were unsuccessful, and the subsequent drop is actually not surprising. The daily level rise has no foundation for a bottom, coupled with insufficient momentum to maintain strong upward movement, it is inevitable that there will be signs of weakness in the trend, leading to repeated short-term declines in search of a bottom. This sign may indicate that some bullish investors are gradually exiting the market.
Looking at the four-hour chart, it is unlikely that the overall market will break the current upward trend line. The overall structure is still in an upward trend, with a one-sided rise followed by a bearish pullback, while the Bollinger Bands have not yet shown any correction, and are still far from the midline, so in the short term, there will still be a consolidation after the rise. Therefore, we can still use 85000 as support for our operations.
