1/ Mental preparation
Forget traditional valuations: memecoins are in a world of their own.
This space runs purely on vibes, speculation and hype.
The question is not what it’s “worth,” but who it will attract. Ask yourself: Could this meme reach $100 million in two weeks? Who will resonate with it, get excited, or feel inspired?
This is where the real value lies.
2/ Risk management
Determine in advance how much you are willing to risk and divide that total into 15 parts to allow for a margin of error.
Take profits regularly. Achieving a 2-3x twice is often easier and safer than waiting for a single 6x. Once your initial investment is covered, you can keep a “moon bag” for potential long-term gains.
3/ The hunt for ideas
I have three go-to sources for new ideas:
➢ Data on the chain to identify the first dynamics
➢ Trends on DEX aggregators to see what's happening
➢ Calls on TG and Twitter: there are always treasures if you know where to look
On-chain data analysis
This is my main source for spotting alpha early.
Start with a DEX aggregator like @dexscreener or @gmgnai. I look for volume spikes, sudden buys, or liquidity changes, the moves that show a cryptocurrency has eyes on it before the hype starts.
Find smart wallets
➢ Start with a token that has done big numbers in the last 24 hours
➢ Check the Top Traders tab
➢ Focus on portfolios that generate significant profits
Study their movements: when they bought, their initial investment, and how they made profits. This is where you spot the patterns in portfolios that clearly know what they are doing.
Portfolio Tracking
Tap @CieloFinance or @StepFinance_ and start digging:
➢ Frequency of their purchases
➢ Other documents they hold
➢ Connections to other wallets
Analyze 10-20 of these portfolios and you will have a watchlist full of real alpha drivers.
DEX Aggregator Trends
It's simple, we are looking for:
➢ Recent launches only
➢ Market capitalization less than $50M (starting at $1M with at least $50,000 in liquidity)
➢ A volume that is becoming crazy compared to the market capitalization
Memecoins that tick these boxes? Yes, these are the real 10x, 100x games
