Everyone must remember the rise of PEPE in Crypto space back in 2023. PEPE meme has been around us for a long time and everyone enjoyed using Matt Furie’s meme in the internet community. PEPE has been so familiar for everyone around the world and the rise of PEPE meme would have been programmed already when it was launched in Ethereum.
So far, crypto memes were dominated by cute dogs & cats and the introduction of frog PEPE was refreshing for all of us and that is why retail investors jumped in buying PEPE token because the meme was fun and we were already so used to it.
In 2024, moodeng, a little cute hippo, has been dominantly viral in the world. Everyone started posting moodeng and talked about it. Huge corporations have used moodeng for their advertisement and people posted moodeng related memes in their social media spaces.
Is this coincidence? For me, moodeng is chosen for our upcoming meme supercycle and there have been two strong contenders in SOL and ETH chain.
SOL Moodeng token was recently listed in binance future platform and more retail investors are now eyeing on moodeng token. A lot of people are betting on that SOL moodeng will claim the winning side but I have different perspective on this PvP saga.
SOL has been always leading the new meta. It was no exception for NFT bull season. Initially, SOL NFTs received all attention from CTs and the price of SOL NFTs were crazy enough to attract retail investors. However, the real NFT bull season hit the peak with ETH chain and ETH whales led the NFT season with different size.
I anticipate that meme supercycle will repeat the cycle of NFT season. ETH whales will not let SOL chain taking their spot for the best chain in the crypto scene.
That is why I am betting on ETH Moodeng token this time. I have been closely monitoring ETH moodeng community. They were already endorsed by Vitalik himself and he actually is the NO.1 holder for ETH Moodeng. We can expect one thing from this. Shiba Inu experienced the similar as Vitalik held the largest holding of the token and he sold some for donation then he burnt the remaining token to make Shiba Inu more decentralized. I believe that Vitalik will burn the rest of Moodeng to make it more decentralized and community driven.
Top tier exchanges such as binance, okx and bybit only listed SOL Moodeng in the future market, seems like they are hesitant listing it in the spot trading for some reason. This indicates that those exchanges are preparing for listing ETH Moodeng in the spot trading. It seems like it is programmed!
Moodeng is a narrative that those exchanges would hate to miss as it has all the potential to attract retail investors and as smart retail investors, it is time to eye on Moodeng meme token to become rich in this cycle.
