Bitcoin, as predicted in the last issue, started to rise after liquidating the concentrated long point around 65500, reaching a peak of 68000 and currently oscillating. The price is around 67500, so where are the concentrated liquidation points for longs and shorts now? Will BTC continue to rise sharply? Let's analyze the liquidation map:
First, we can see from the map that the short forces are clearly weaker than the long forces, indicating that the sentiment for buying during this decline is still very high. The liquidation amount for shorts in the last 24 hours is only 84 million, less than three-quarters of the liquidation amount for longs.
Currently, the concentrated liquidation points for shorts above are 68220 and 68660, with liquidation strengths of 120 million and 250 million respectively. The concentration of liquidations above extends to around 69200, which has accumulated a liquidation strength of 347 million.
Therefore, the points that shorts need to pay special attention to are actually in the range of 68220-68600, which is also near the previous consolidation area. If this range can be broken and stabilized, the downtrend can be reversed; otherwise, a significant pullback may occur.
From the map, there are still quite a few concentration points for long liquidations, specifically at 66800, 66180, and 65180, with liquidation strengths of 88 million, 306 million, and 500 million respectively. The liquidation zone for longs is concentrated up to around 64500, which has accumulated a liquidation strength of 650 million.
Currently, I personally do not recommend chasing highs, because from the map, not only are the longs heavily positioned, but more importantly, the market sentiment for chasing longs is quite strong, which is also the market that is easiest for the manipulators to harvest.
Therefore, my suggestion is that if you want to go long, it is best to wait for the market to pull back again. Liquidating around 64500 is a point for longs to consider entering. If you want to chase longs, you can only wait for a stable breakthrough in the range of 6200-68600 before considering it. The risks of chasing at the current price, whether long or short, are still quite high.
