In the early morning, Bitcoin continued to gain strength. After breaking through to around 69,500, it started to retrace, dropping to around 65,260. The altcoin dropped to a minimum of around 2,442 points.
From the four-hour chart, the K-line is near the middle track support level. Considering the current strong bearish momentum, it is still advisable to focus on bearish trades in the morning.

At 24:00 Beijing time, U.S. stocks closed lower on Wednesday. The Dow fell more than 400 points, recording the largest single-day decline in a month. The Nasdaq dropped about 300 points. The Federal Reserve's Beige Book showed that inflation continues to slow, reinforcing the case for a 25 basis point rate cut at the next meeting. U.S. Treasury yields hit a three-month high. A number of important corporate earnings reports were released.
