In my head, there is a ringing from a flashbang grenade, we quickly check the farm not eligible not eligible not eligible not eligible, it sounds like a sentence, we move to Discord, to the crypto chats and see that the life change did not happen, everyone is counting how many X's are in the minus. Okay, screw this company, Layer Zero is ahead, we choose the color of the lamba. The aroma of decay has moved to the L2 solution.
A week passes, LayerZero checker, shock, stupor, euphoria. Stop farm! Checking the base, 100 $ZRO on the screen, checking the farm 5 $ZRO 10 $ZRO 13 $ZRO 10 $ZRO, comes the realization of the lost two years of work and the end of the great filling from retro drops. We reset the manager, count the profit... The pungent smell of rottenness is already hard to miss.
What I want to say with these stories is that everyone deep down understood that soon there would be a great razor and the crowd would be washed out of the market. It was hard to accept, and it was too late to back down when you had been spinning projects for years. All Layer2 solutions that no one needs have one utility, to enrich themselves and collect more from the crowd. Scroll, Zora and Linea are on this list.
Lately we have seen extremely incompetent teams, greed and impunity. Open distribution of tokens to their wallets, shaving off 90 percent of the community, changing the tokenomics a couple of days before the listing, huge bribes to exchanges from the share of airdrops, postponing TGE to the next year. Without giving the community any explanations and silently closing tickets in Discord. And this is a small part of what we see.
Now the indicator of the project's gem is its team and quiet painstaking work. Not huge investments and not Binance in leads. I think that today, a good drop can only give away a project that you find yourself. Or learn to code and take out a farm of $ 10 per 1000 wallets, by the way, as the latest listings have shown, this may not pay off either.
