1. Word ID verification: The first step is to verify that your Word ID is correctly validated. This includes verifying data such as cell phone IMEI, phone number, email, and iris scan.

2. Transaction validation: Then, it will be reviewed whether the transaction was incoming or outgoing within the WordCoin application. It is important to note that assets sent from platforms external to the Word App may not be recoverable.

3. Token return: If the previous verifications are satisfactory and the network is enabled on platforms such as Binance, MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or Uniswap, we will proceed with the return of the tokens.
