Blockchain analytics specialist Arkham Intelligence, with the backing of Sam Altman, plans to launch a new crypto derivatives platform in November. In order to comply with international regulations, this platform will not be accessible to US residents. In conjunction with this launch, the company is moving its headquarters from London and New York to the Dominican Republic.
