WHAT IS FUTURE TRADING OR LEVERAGE TRADING
Friends to know this i will give you an Example which will clarify you about Future Trading. Lets assume you have Rs 20 lacs at your hand and you want to invest it to real estate. You find a broker and when you see a property it was costing around Rs 40 lacs now you will approach a bank and after find that your application and documentation is fullfiling the criteria your loan get approved and now you have fullfill your dream and become the owner of your dream property.
Now lets see the above example in crypto scenario lets assume 300 usdt in your account and price of one $SOL is 150 usdt. Now if you want to buy $SOL then from your 300 usdt you can buy 2 solana coin. But if you take 2x Leverage then you cab buy 4 solana with same amount in simple words in this example you are taking 50% loan from exhange and with 300 usdt you can make double profit. In this case your liquidation price will be on 75 usdt. Now if you divide your total usdt in 4 equal parts and open first trade on 150 usdt your liquidation will on 75 usdt from here you can open your another trade with same amount on 80 dollars your liquidity will be on 40 dollars. From 45 dollars you can open your third trade and now your liquidation will be ob 22.5 dollars. And on near about 24 dollars open your last trade and your liquidation will be shifted at 12 dollars. you can apply this srategy on $BTC or any other of your favourite coin.
