Yesterday, the HBO documentary Digital Money: The Mystery of #Bitcoin! premiered, which caught the attention of the community for revealing that Peter Todd is #satoshinakamoto , the creator of Bitcoin.
Peter Todd is a Canadian developer, who has openly contributed to the early stages of Bitcoin. According to the HBO documentary, the evidence would be due to a sarcastic comment by Todd claiming to be Satoshi Nakamoto, a continuation of a conversation on a forum between Todd and Satoshi Nakamoto and that Todd would have used the name of John Dillon for a proposal.
While the documentary was being broadcast, Peter Todd came out to deny the accusations. In addition, many experts on the subject of Bitcoin claim that this type of accusations with very poor evidence should not be taken lightly. HBO is disappointing.
