A few days ago, my indicator predicted a decline, and I strictly followed the indicator this time: I sold 1/3 of my BTC at 64700U+, cleared my BNB at 580U+, and cleared my TON, LISTA, and CATI yesterday. So I wrote down the operation in my diary last night.
Unexpectedly, yesterday's diary had over 30,000 views and my fans increased by 100+. This made me happy and worried. I was happy that my diary was liked by everyone; I was worried that my operation would affect people's judgment, especially those who don't have their own investment system. Of course, there was also some ridicule.
Because I write a diary every day, and it is inevitable that some operations are involved in the diary. In order to prevent people from misunderstanding that I am the kind of blogger who shouts orders randomly, today I will share with you the underlying logic of all my operations, that is, my investment system. I think this is more important:
It can be summed up in four words: good target, good price, good timing, good position
1. Good target: Undoubtedly, choice is more important than hard work. Before deciding to invest, choosing a good target is more important than anything else. For example, for novices, choose BTC, BNB and other targets, buy them and don’t move them, and the returns will always be good in the long run.
For example: Now I don’t choose VC coins, MEME only chooses leading and fully circulated ones, etc. In short, with your own experience and experience, you will always have a set of standards for selecting targets. It is best to sort it out and write it down, and go through it according to the sorted standards every time you make a decision.
2. Good price: Actually, it is valuation. When buying a certain stock, it is best to give it a valuation. For example, SOL, I started selling at 190 and sold it all at 150. Why? Is it because it is not good? No, because I personally think that the valuation of nearly 70 billion US dollars is not a good price in the current environment, or it is too expensive.
3. Good timing: This is easy to understand. For example, the moment NEIRO is listed on Binance is a good time to buy; or we often say: good news is bad news, which is also about timing. Personally, I will make judgments based on K-line, such as MA, EMA, Bollinger Bands, including the level of loan interest, etc. In short, the criteria for timing judgment are also very important.
4. Good position: It means how much position you want to have. For example, my mainstream position is more than 80%, and the position of a single copycat should not exceed 5%. You can make specific adjustments based on your own ability/resources and make sure it suits you.
The above is the so-called "system" that I have accumulated over the years of investment. Of course, this is just a rough outline. I have a notebook to record and update it. I hope it will be helpful to everyone, and you are welcome to share your investment system.
