Vladimir Zelensky signed a law that allows Ukraine not to pay off its external debt until October 1, until then Kiev plans to negotiate debt restructuring with creditors.
I'm concerned about this, many Western countries and its taxpayers are already overloaded with economic burdens. Will this add more fuel to that fire ?
