Yesterday I shared with you my Elliott wave marking for the bear market. I told you that the price has printed wave 4 as a complex correction. According to Trading Chaos waves 4 can last up to 70% of entire waves cycle in terms of time.

Chart 1. BTC price.

On the chart you can see that waves 1, 2 and 3 last approximately 60-80 days. Wave 4 - 245 days. It means that in the worst case scenarion wave 5 also will be 80 days. Therefore the bear market will be ended in May, 2023.

Bitcoin price is consolidating just above my yesterday's long entry. This trade is so risky because in my opinion the high is gonna be very close to the current price. I pointed out earlier the wave 5 target at $29600, but maybe BTC will squeeze above $30k.

On the chart we can see the very nice trend channel. After the FOMC meeting price formed the deviation below it, but after that returned back inside. Now it's trying to break down the lower band again, but I suppose it's just to make scared a lot of traders. In my opinion price should form the same deviation above $30k. Just imagine how greedy could be people above $30k! Market maker can distribute a lot of Bitcoins at such high price before the last bearish dump below $15k.

I know, it's unbelievable, but SPX has the very strong long setup. I don't know how it is gonna happen becuase there are a lot of bad news.

Technically we have the broken head & shoulders pattern. It's not so beautiful pattern, but the main rule: head below both sholders is respected.

Morever we have seen the retest of the broken neckline, therefore the potential target is the head's height, which perfectly coinsides with the $4700.

I shared today my opinion about BTC that the uptrend is still not over. ETH is showing the hint that it's true. It has the multiple equal highs. This is a strong magnet for the market maker.

Moreover let's take a look at the Elliott waves structure. I pointed out earlier the minimal target at $1778 and it has been already reached. The potential liquidity collection in my opinion can lead to the maximal target reaching at $2030. Therefore now I am looking for the long trade entry.

This morning I warned you that Bitcoin can dump to $18k, but in couple of hours the price can cancel this negative scenario.

The MACD is printing the increasing column on the histogram on the 4h time frame. If this candle close at the same state we are going to see the huge long signal. Moreover according to Trading Chaos approach we can see the true confirmed bullish reversal bar. This bar also has the MFI state = "squat" and has the angulation with the alligator. Therefore, I opened long with the stop loss below the low of the bullish reversal bar.

Today's short trade hit stop loss. Overall I have +2.2%🤑 from yesteraday's long and -1%🥲 from today's short. Shorting the market is the difficult because of high volatility at the top. I was ready for couple of stop losses, but I am even in profit because of longs.

Bitcoin now is forming the rising wedge or the ending diagonal. This is the extremely bearish pattern. Moreover, it is happening in conjunction with the bearish divergence with the MACD. I am waiting for the first decreasing column on the MACD histogram to open short again.

I have been waiting for this signal. Yesterday's long trade hit stop loss, I need to mention it. It was risky trade next to the very top, but I tried it. -1% of deposit - small loss in comparisson with the huge profit earned on the trend move.

1D chart now has flashed the insane short signal. Look at the Elliott waves structure. We can see the clear 5 wave model with the bearish divergence with the AO. Also price reached the target area for the wave 5. I remind you how to calculate the target area. I measured the distance between wave 1 start and wave 3 end and added to the wave 4 bottom price. Therefore BTC price has perfectly hit the target.

Moreover the momentum turned red on the AO histogram and price formed the fractal at the very top. Therefore we have 4 of 5 magic bullets which kill the trend. For me it's enough to open short.

Hello, my friends!

If trading became difficult, it means that now is the corrective wave and maket maker is trying to take his money. I made a huge amount of maney on the pump from $20k to $28k and it was easy. Now every trade is so hard, I managed to lose only 0.5% of deposit instead of 1% yesterday and now I want to wait for the clear indication that BTC pump is over.

I thought that wave 5 is going to be finished at $28k - minimal target, but now I consider that price can explode and show another one leg up to $30600. Looking at the chart now I don't want to open any long trades because price is closed to the top. At the same time to short the market I wanna see the pump and double divergence confirmation with Awesome oscillator.
