According to Odaily, a Pennsylvania state judge has identified a significant issue with a mail-in ballot supplier contracted by the Erie County Election Committee. The supplier failed to meet the demand, potentially leaving 13,000 to 17,000 Erie County voters without their ballots in time for next Tuesday's election. Judge David Ridge has mandated that the election committee remain open on Friday and Saturday to allow voters to request and complete their ballots. In addition to the thousands of voters who may not have received their ballots, the judge also noted that approximately 1,200 out-of-state voters registered in Erie County might not have received their mail-in ballots. Considering what the judge described as an 'unknown number' of individuals who may not have been accounted for, he suggested that over 20,000 ballots might not have reached voters.
