The device is powered by the Nvidia GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip, which integrates separate yet connected components on a single chip to minimize data transfer time. It includes an Nvidia Blackwell graphics card, an Nvidia Grace processor, 128 GB of memory, and 4 TB of SSD storage.
