Some people ask whether to play spot or contract in the currency circle. Let me briefly explain it.
In my personal opinion, both can be played. There are two types of people who really make a lot of money in the currency circle. One is a real trading master, and the other is a "fool". Most of the individual players in the currency circle are retail investors, with an initial capital of less than 100,000 U, a few are around 1 million U, and a very few are more than 5 million U.
So what are the differences in their ways of making money? Can both spot and contract make money?
The answer is yes, both can be done.
For players with more than 1 million U, they pay more attention to stability and do not care about short-term returns. They prefer to play spot trading and tend to conservative trading, that is, "fool" trading, and make cyclical investments in bull and bear markets, with a time as short as one year, as long as 3 years or even longer, and a yield of 5-10 times, which is enough.
So, what about the vast majority of retail investors? According to the timing of entry and the amount of funds, contracts are the preferred choice of retail investors, because the pursuit of short-term return expectations is higher, of course, the risk is also higher, which requires a more complete trading strategy, more inclined to expert trading, with a small risk.
The above two trading methods, one pays more attention to the timing of entry, and the other tests the operation more. I hope that one day everyone will have enough capital to do "fool" trading.
