How to manage positions?
First, control the maximum stop-loss amount for each order. Assuming you have 10,000 units divided into 50 parts, the maximum stop-loss amount for each order is 10,000/50=200 units. If you open a long position at a price of 1000, the stop-loss price is 950. The maximum you can buy is 1000-950=50 price difference, which is 200/50=4 units. In a loss situation, the stop-loss is 200 units. This is a complete position: one-quarter = 4/4 = 1 unit, half position = 4/2 = 2 units.
When placing orders, prioritize risk over profit. Improve capital utilization. I have pondered this method for a long time, and I would like to know other coin friends' insights on how to better utilize funds to avoid incurring more silent costs and mental effort!
