There's no respite for people in Gaza either, more than 400 days into Israel's bombardment of the strip.
In the northern city of Beit Lahiya, at least 50 Palestinians have been killed in an attack on a multi-storey building, housing forcibly displaced people.
Several remain trapped under rubble as paramedics can't reach the area.
Israeli forces have been preventing civil defence crews, medics and aid from entering the north since last month.
