How can ordinary people make money in the cryptocurrency world? This is actually a question that most retail investors are concerned about. Because I have talked to many retail investors about their experiences of losing money, as well as the experiences of a very small number of people making money, I think that if you do the following, you can basically make money in the cryptocurrency world:
1. Get rid of the contract
This is actually the first step. To be honest, I have talked to more than a thousand retail investors, but none of them made money through contracts, and most of them suffered huge losses because of contracts. No matter how big or small the amount of capital is, once you touch the contract, there will basically be no good ending. You may make some money at a certain stage, but in the long run, it is impossible for retail investors to make money through contracts.
Some people have lost too much money, and it takes a long time to make back their investment through spot trading, so they have to play with contracts. In fact, this idea is very stupid. You want to make money, not lose money. If you can make money through contracts, you won’t lose so much. It’s the same whether you play by yourself or find a so-called teacher to guide you. If you don’t want to continue to expand your losses, quit the contract in time.
2. Spot more than two cycles
If you want to truly achieve freedom in the cryptocurrency world, my suggestion is that you must experience at least two bull markets. Don’t think you will be free after just one bull market. There are two reasons for this:
First, if the amount of capital is large, even if you make money in the first round of bull market, if you cannot sell it in time, most retail investors with large funds will not be able to escape the top in time. So my suggestion is not to use too much capital to play. It is enough to make 5-10 times the profit in the first round of bull market. If you have 50,000 yuan of capital, then the principal should be 250,000-500,000 yuan at the end of the first round of bull market. If the amount is too large, once you are trapped, it will be very uncomfortable.
Second, in the second round of bull market, you can basically buy in at the relative bottom through learning, so if you want freedom, you must seize the second round of bull market. Then our goal in the second round of bull market is 10-15 times, don’t think too much about multiples. Then at the end of the second round, your capital volume can basically reach between 250,000 and 750,000 yuan.
If you are an ordinary person and can only take out 50,000 yuan to trade, then I think 2.5 million yuan is actually a considerable amount of money for you. Although it cannot make you truly free, with this money, you can also achieve semi-freedom. You don’t have to go to work, and you can make more than 20% by operating one or two waves in the cryptocurrency circle every year, which is more than what ordinary people earn by working. At the same time, you will also have plenty of your own time, so you can basically be free easily in the third bull market.
