Crypto Enthusiasts Set Bold Bitcoin Targets – Will We See Six Figures by Year’s End?
On Nov. 10, bitcoin (BTC) soared to a peak of $81,100, delighting its supporters who are thrilled to see it reach new heights. This price jump has unleashed a storm of predictions and estimates, flooding social media, forums, and news outlets. With numbers flying left and right, some folks are even considering cashing in on their gains at this point.
“A healthy pump needs a healthy correction so I have drawn some retest levels which are the green zones below, and I’m expecting for price to revisit and retest those levels,” an X account called Pikacrypto told its 1,930 followers. “And those levels will be my area of interest where i will look to open new trade setups after confirmations.”
“Here’s my next BTC price prediction after calling the $80k target,” Francis Dhun told his 29,400 followers. “This is based purely on fundamentals and my experience. There’s no need for T.A or charts here, throw that jargon out the window as we approach the last month in Q4 going into Q1.
Dhun added:
I’m expecting bitcoin to flirt with $95k by mid to late December, and as we transition into the first month of 2025 that’s when things should really go parabolic, think $120k and beyond.
We also parsed a post on X by Dan Held, who posed this question to his 726,200 followers: “What is your price target for bitcoin by the end of 2024?” After scanning approximately 31 replies, we found one ambitious response of $100,000,000 and another outlier at $734,421.67.
To keep things grounded, we set aside the $100 million response, leaving the lower outlier intact despite how unrealistic it was. The recalculated average among the now total of 30 came to approximately $131,725.11, offering a more realistic snapshot compared to the analysis with the $100 million guess.
The median bitcoin price prediction out of the 30 answers settled at $100,000, reflecting a common target among the 30 responses we examined. The standard deviation landed at roughly $121,488.95, signaling a tighter range of forecasts around the average once the $100 million prediction was removed.
The lowest forecast was $28,000, alongside a few respondents simply answering “1 BTC.” Jameson Lopp added a bit of humor with his response, saying, “Between 1 BTC and 100,000,000 sats.” Tom Lee, co-founder and head of research at Fundstrat Global Advisors, is eyeing a six-digit BTC price, predicting it could hit $150,000 by year’s end.
As bitcoin price predictions continue to pour in, excitement within the crypto community is reaching new heights. These forecasts—spanning from grounded analysis to sheer optimism—highlight the broad spectrum of perspectives influencing digital asset outlooks. For now, bitcoin’s upward path suggests the possibility of major valuation milestones that could reshape market sentiment heading into 2025.
While some analysts favor more modest gains, others foresee a potentially explosive finish to the year, fueling the lively debate over bitcoin’s direction. Whether it soars to fresh highs or faces adjustments, the community’s shared anticipation is palpable, with enthusiasts tracking every movement, eager to see where bitcoin’s journey leads in the remaining 52 days of the year. #Write2Earn
