Levin, who has been involved in the cryptocurrency industry since 2010 and the fintech sector since 1999, described the regulatory process as a normal development. He noted that regulatory bodies often rely on rulebooks that were written during much earlier times, comparing it to an era when people still wore leather football helmets.
