According to PANews, Casey, the founder of Ordinals, announced on the X platform that users should upgrade to ord 0.21.2 if they are using ord to send runes. This update addresses a significant bug where 'ord wallet send' might not create a change output in certain situations, potentially leading to the loss of runes. The issue has been resolved in this PR. When using 'ord wallet send,' the wallet must select an input UTXO containing enough runes to cover the sent amount.
The release also includes new features such as 'ord wallet sign,' which allows messages to be signed from a specific wallet address. Additionally, if minting is currently open, the minting progress will only be displayed on /rune. The incorrect display of minting progress has also been fixed in this update.
