In a significant legal development, the Federal High Court in Abuja has officially dismissed the money laundering charges against Binance executive Tigran Gambaryan. The case, which was brought forward by Nigeria's Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has been dropped after the court ruled in favor of Gambaryan due to medical reasons.
Presiding Judge Emeka Nwite made the ruling on Wednesday, citing credible health concerns that were substantiated by the EFCC. As a result, Gambaryan has been fully discharged from all legal obligations tied to the money laundering case.
