With this week's debut, the price of bitcoin has risen past $64,000
On Saturday, law enforcement stopped what might have been Donald Trump's third assassination attempt.

At the beginning of the week, the price of Bitcoin soared past $64,000. Bitcoin has recovered from an earlier slump at $62,000 and is now up about 2% today, as of the writing of this piece.

Since October 7th, this is the first occasion that Bitcoin has gone beyond $64,000. With the exception of a dip below $59,000 on October 10th, the coin's price has been rather stable around the $62,000 mark throughout the previous seven days.

Two days of inflow occurred last week for crypto goods pertaining to Bitcoin ETFs situated in the US.

Last week, Bitcoin exchange-traded funds received $308 million.

In the seven days between October 7 and October 11, $308 million poured into Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the United States.

On October 7 and October 11, respectively, the cryptocurrency goods saw influxes of over $235 million and over $253.5 million.

Nearly $58.6 billion worth of Bitcoin was held by US-based exchange-traded funds (ETFs) as of October 11th. Additionally, official data from SoSoValue indicates that as of last Friday, the overall net inflow into crypto goods amounted to $18.81 billion.

Important developments over the weekend may have prevented another attempt on Trump's assassination, which may explain Bitcoin's hopeful price trend this week.

Police Detain Armed Individual at Trump Rally

Al Jazeera reports that over the weekend, police probably thwarted a third attempt on Trump's life.

The Guardian has learned that during last Saturday's campaign event in California for former US President Donald Trump, police detained a man equipped with firearms, bogus press credentials, and VIP tickets.

A Sunday police statement named the suspect as Vem Miller, a resident of Las Vegas. Miller was apprehended by police at a checkpoint around half a mile away from the rally's entrance in Coachella Valley, California.

The guy was allegedly armed with a loaded shotgun, a pistol, and a high-capacity magazine, according to the police.

Two other assassination attempts against Trump have occurred this year, in July and September.

Elon Musk recently referred to next month's US election, which is on November 5, as "the most important election of your LIFE."
